FATJOE Review: Is Outsourced Link Building Worth It in 2026?

FATJOE sells link building by the tier: pick a DR, pay per placement, and the post appears on a blog you never saw. What each tier buys, where the guarantees stop, what five placements cost against running the outreach yourself, and who should look elsewhere.

You pick the tier. FATJOE picks the page.

FATJOE is an outsourced link-building service, one of the oldest in the market: it has sold to agencies since 2012 and counts more than 262,000 orders delivered. You don't run outreach on FATJOE, you order it. Pick a service and a Domain Rating tier, give an anchor and a target URL, pay per placement, and FATJOE's team finds the blog, writes the post, secures the link and shows it in your dashboard, from 14 days. Blogger Outreach runs from £60 ($82) at DR 10+ to £380 ($517) at DR 60+; Brand Mentions, its line for AI visibility, is £280 ($381) per listicle or review placement.

It is built for agencies that resell link building and want predictable volume under their own brand, and it is strongest at exactly that: one price per tier, DR and Ahrefs traffic guaranteed, a white-label report, a lifetime link guarantee and nothing to manage between the order and the report. What you give up is the choice of where you appear. FATJOE's FAQ says it cannot guarantee specific publications, sites and content can't be approved before posting, and a brand mention may come without a link.

We checked every price, tier and FAQ on fatjoe.com on October 28, 2026, and read FATJOE's reviews on Trustpilot, G2 and Shopper Approved. Disclosure: this review is written by GEOboom's team, which builds outreach software for getting brands onto the pages AI answers cite. We say so wherever it affects a judgement, and we list the cases where FATJOE is the better choice.

FATJOE pros and cons

Pros

  • Nothing to run. No list, no mailboxes, no emails, no replies: you choose a tier, give an anchor and a URL, and the next thing you see is the live placement in your dashboard.
  • One price per tier. £60 to £380 ($82–517) per Blogger Outreach placement by DR, with the tier's DR and Ahrefs traffic guaranteed; nothing to negotiate. Repeat Monthly takes 10% off.
  • Built to resell. A white-label CSV report on every order, several client domains in one order, and tags to keep clients apart in the dashboard.
  • Guarantees. A lifetime link guarantee with replacement on request, 100% money back if an order misses its guarantees, and a full refund if FATJOE can't find relevant sites for your niche.
  • Clean links by its own account. Editorial in-content links, no author boxes, no duplicate domains across your order history (checked against live Ahrefs data), and, FATJOE says, no PBNs.
  • Breadth. 14 services from one account: Niche Edits, Digital PR, Media Placements, press releases, local citations, multilingual outreach, Reddit and forum mentions, content writing.

Cons

  • You don't choose the site. FATJOE cannot guarantee specific publications, and Blogger Outreach placements can't be approved before they go live. Media Placements is the exception: a catalogue you pick from.
  • A brand mention may not link. For Brand Mentions FATJOE aims for a follow link, but says a link "isn't the primary goal of this service"; some placements carry no link or a nofollow one, and some sites label the piece as sponsored.
  • No promise on AI answers. Brand Mentions are sold to influence AI and LLMs; what the FAQ guarantees is Google indexing, not any improvement in search or AI visibility.
  • New pages, not cited ones. Blogger Outreach and Brand Mentions place new posts, listicles and reviews that FATJOE writes; the pages AI answers already cite for your prompts are not something you can order.
  • Price at the higher tiers. £180 ($245) at DR 40+, £280 ($381) at DR 50+, £380 ($517) at DR 60+; expensive link plans are one of the complaints Trustpilot's review summary picks out.
  • Nobody watches the placement for you. The lifetime guarantee works when you report a lost link, and the fix is a replacement placement. DR changes after the first day are not refunded or replaced.

How FATJOE works

FATJOE runs link building as an order: a brief goes in, a live placement and a white-label report come out, and everything in between happens inside FATJOE's team. This is the path an order takes.

  1. Choose a service and a tier. Blogger Outreach (a new post with your link) or Niche Edits (a link added to an existing article), each by DR tier from DR 10+ to DR 60+; Brand Mentions (a listicle or a review); or Media Placements, picked site by site. Set the quantity, and add a 1,000+ word upgrade or express delivery if you need them.
  2. Brief it. An anchor and a target URL for each placement. For Brand Mentions: your website, brand name and a short description with your USPs. For Media Placements: a guide anchor and URL, with the editor deciding the final anchor and page.
  3. Pay. Per order, or as a Repeat Monthly order at 10% off that you can amend or cancel any time.
  4. FATJOE's team does the rest. Its outreach team contacts bloggers and checks what is available; its writers produce a post that reads as the blog owner's own, or a listicle or review built around your USPs. You can follow progress in the dashboard but not approve sites or content.
  5. Receive the placement. Each live placement appears in your dashboard with a snapshot of the site's metrics at the time of placement, and exports as an unbranded CSV for your client.
  6. If it goes down. Tell FATJOE and it replaces the placement: for life on Blogger Outreach and Brand Mentions, within 12 months on Media Placements.

Media Placements is the one part of FATJOE that works as a marketplace: you browse the sites with their DR, traffic, country and price and choose one. Blogger Outreach and Brand Mentions are outsourced services: you choose the tier, FATJOE chooses the site.

Seen through the seven steps that decide whether outreach produces a link, FATJOE shows you the order and the result. Which contact is found, whose mailboxes send, how follow-ups run and what is said in the replies all happen inside FATJOE's team and are invisible by design. That is what you pay a service for, so we describe those steps rather than score them.

FATJOE features

We look at every link-building product through the seven steps that decide whether outreach produces a link. On a service, the middle steps happen inside the vendor's team, so the sections below follow what FATJOE actually shows you: the order, the tier, the dashboard, the guarantees, and its two other ways to buy, Brand Mentions and Media Placements. For each: what it does, what it solves, where it stops, and how it compares with GEOboom.

Ordering: what you control

What it does. One order form per service: a quantity for each DR tier, then an anchor, a target URL and a content length for each placement. Upgrades for 1,000+ word posts and express delivery. Pay once, or set it as a Repeat Monthly order at 10% off and amend or cancel any time. One order can cover several client domains, tagged in the dashboard.

What it solves. An agency can place a month of links for several clients in one sitting, with the price known before checkout.

Limits. The order sets the tier, not the site. FATJOE's team finds the blogs, on English-language sites; for UK, Australian and Canadian clients it looks for local blogs first but can't guarantee them.

Compared. GEOboom starts from the page: the pages your AI-visibility tracker says are cited for your prompts, keywords, or a list you paste in, with newly cited pages added as they appear. Launching takes about ten minutes. FATJOE gives you a placement at the DR you chose; GEOboom works on the pages you chose because AI answers already read them.

FATJOE Blogger Outreach order form: a quantity box for each DR tier from £60 to £380, the 1,000+ words and express delivery upgrades, and an order summary offering Repeat Monthly at 10% off

DR tiers: how the sites are filtered

What it does. Six tiers from DR 10+ to DR 60+, each with an Ahrefs traffic band from 0–1,000 to 1,000–60,000 visits a month. DR and traffic are guaranteed at the time of placement. Your order history is checked against live Ahrefs data so no domain is used twice, and FATJOE says it works only through genuine outreach and never with PBNs.

What it solves. A floor on quality without vetting a single site yourself.

Limits. The filter is two metrics; relevance to your brand is FATJOE's call, and you see the site only once the placement is live. DR is a snapshot: FATJOE won't refund or replace a blog whose DR moves after the first day. Gambling goes through a separate iGaming tier; other grey niches are case by case.

Compared. GEOboom reads each page against your brand and topic, sets aside off-topic pages, competitors, pages that already mention you and link farms, and shows you the rest ordered by how often AI answers cite them. Reading and filtering cost nothing; you pay for the publishers it keeps. FATJOE filters by authority; GEOboom by whether the page is one where your brand belongs.

Steps 3–6: done by FATJOE's team, seen in the dashboard

What it does. FATJOE's outreach team contacts the bloggers, from its own mailboxes, follows up and agrees the placement; its in-house writers produce a post that reads as the blog owner's own. What reaches you is the dashboard: the order's progress, then each live placement with a snapshot of the site's metrics at the time of placement, and an unbranded CSV report for your client.

What it solves. No mailboxes, no domain at risk, no inbox to work. For a reseller this is the product: the client sees your report, not FATJOE's.

Limits. You don't see who was contacted, what was offered or what the site agreed to, so there is nothing to build on with that publisher next time except another order. The report is the whole record: tier ordered, word count, anchor, target URL, post title, delivered DA and the live URL. In FATJOE's own example report, for its affiliate programme, the delivered DA matches or beats the tier ordered on every row — 33 and 39 against DA 30+, 48 and 49 against DA 40+, 68 and 81 against DA 50+ — which is the shape of the guarantee, and also the only quality signal the report carries.

Compared. GEOboom does these steps for you too, in the open. It goes to the editor from the masthead, then the article's author, then the content lead on LinkedIn, with hello@ last, and finds a verified contact at over 90% of sites; it sends from three warmed mailboxes it provides; it writes to up to three contacts per publisher with follow-ups for weeks. Each reply arrives as an offer: the publisher's other sites graded good or risky, the page to insert, the price, and the answer already written. Your part is approve or skip, and paying the publisher. GEOboom is built so that there is no outreach team: one person per client approves the offers, with unlimited users and projects on one subscription.

Guarantees: what happens after the placement

What it does. A lifetime link guarantee on Blogger Outreach and Niche Edits and a lifetime placement guarantee on Brand Mentions: if a placement goes down, tell FATJOE and it replaces it. Media Placements are replaced within 12 months. 100% money back if an order doesn't meet its guarantees, and a full refund if FATJOE can't find relevant sites for your niche. Brand Mentions are guaranteed to be indexed by Google.

What it solves. The risk on each order sits with FATJOE, which is what lets an agency resell it with confidence.

Limits. Replacement starts when you report the loss; nobody watches the placement for you. DR changes after the first day aren't covered, Media Placements are refunded only if no placement is secured, and no service guarantees rankings or AI visibility.

Compared. GEOboom checks every placement it won: the agreed text, your position in the list, the link, nofollow and the anchor. When something moves it sends an alert with a drafted note asking the publisher to put it back, and placements bought through Buy for you carry 12-month protection. FATJOE replaces a placement once you notice it is gone; GEOboom notices for you and asks the publisher to restore it.

Brand Mentions: listicles and reviews for AI visibility

What it does. Two formats at £280 ($381) each: Brand Listicle, a "best of" list that includes you, and Brand Review, a positive review of your product. FATJOE writes both around the USPs you give it and places them on DR 30+ sites with 1,000+ monthly visits by Ahrefs, from 14 days, with a white-label report and a lifetime placement guarantee. A newer line, Community Mentions, posts on Reddit and industry forums.

What it solves. A steady supply of positive listicle and review mentions without writing or outreach on your side.

Limits. FATJOE's FAQ is plain about it: specific publications can't be guaranteed; a follow link is aimed for but some placements have no link or a nofollow one; some sites label the piece as sponsored; and there is no guarantee of any improvement in search or LLMs. The listicle is new, so it still has to be found and picked up by AI answers; FATJOE's own wording is that indexed pages have a chance of being cited.

Compared. GEOboom goes for listicles and reviews that already exist and that AI answers already cite for your prompts, and asks the publisher to add you there; the link, the anchor and your position are part of the offer you approve. FATJOE creates a new mention; GEOboom puts you on the page AI is already quoting.

Media Placements: the catalogue you pick from

What it does. A catalogue of about 225 media sites, filtered by category, country, minimum DR and minimum traffic; most are DR 50+, the strongest DR 92. Each site shows its DR, traffic, country, price and whether the link is follow or nofollow: on October 28, 210 were dofollow and 15 nofollow. Prices run from £200 to £30,000, with a median of about £1,100. You submit a guide anchor and URL; the site's editor writes the piece, and the link usually appears as a quote or a text referral. Delivery takes 2–4 weeks on average.

What it solves. You choose the publication, and you get a link from a site that outreach rarely reaches.

Limits. The editor decides the content, the final anchor and the page linked to, and FATJOE warns that large publications are unlikely to link to product or service pages. Refunds apply only if no placement is secured. On the public order page site names are masked.

Compared. GEOboom is not a marketplace and sells no placements from a catalogue. It writes to the pages AI answers cite for your topic, many of them smaller sites where a mention is a free exchange or a modest fee; the publisher, the page and the price arrive together in each offer you approve.

FATJOE pricing

FATJOE pricing is a fixed price per placement, set by service and DR tier, with no subscription and no contract. Prices are set in pounds; the dollar figures are FATJOE's own conversion on its site, which follows the exchange rate (about $1.36 to the pound on the day we checked). Prices below were read from fatjoe.com/blogger-outreach, fatjoe.com/brand-mentions, fatjoe.com/media-placements and the order forms on October 28, 2026.

Other services start at £500 for Grow packages and Community Mentions, £3,500 for a Digital PR campaign, £200 for Multilingual Outreach, £120 for iGaming links, £95 for press release distribution and £75 for local citations or content syndication; blog writing starts at £10.

What each step up buys. Every Blogger Outreach and Niche Edits tier includes writing, one dofollow anchor and URL, no duplicate domains, a white-label report and the lifetime link guarantee; moving up the tiers raises the guaranteed DR and traffic, nothing else. Brand Mentions costs the same as a DR 50+ link but promises DR 30+: what you pay for is the listicle or review, with the link optional.

Billing terms. Pay per order, no contract. A Repeat Monthly order takes 10% off and can be amended or cancelled any time; account credit can't be used for it. 100% money back if an order misses its guarantees; on Media Placements, refunds only if no placement is secured.

Is FATJOE pricing transparent? Yes, the most transparent in this series: one price per tier on every service page, and the order form totals it before checkout. Two caveats: the dollar price moves with the pound, and the price buys a placement at a tier, not a named site.

Which tier for whom. DR 10+ to DR 30+ (£60–100, $82–136) is volume for small and local sites. DR 40+ to DR 60+ (£180–380, $245–517) is for competitive niches where authority moves rankings. Brand Mentions (£280, $381) is for brands that want to appear in listicles and reviews and can live without a guaranteed link. Media Placements is for when the publication's name matters more than the price.

What a campaign costs on FATJOE and on GEOboom

The standard example we use across these reviews: five placements a month on DR 40–50 sites and $120 paid to each publisher — the fee we assume for a paid placement on a DR 40–50 site, an assumption rather than a FATJOE or GEOboom price. FATJOE is counted on Blogger Outreach between its DR 40+ and DR 50+ tiers, the range that matches DR 40–50.

On money, GEOboom comes out at $150 a placement paying publishers directly and $190 with Buy for you, against $245–381 on FATJOE for the same DR range. The reason is what the price pays for: on GEOboom you pay the publisher's own fee, $120 in this example and often less, sometimes nothing, because GEOboom has already done the reading, the contact finding, the writing and the follow-ups for $150 a month. FATJOE's price per placement carries its team's outreach and writing every time, so its bill grows by £180–280 with each placement while GEOboom's subscription stays $150.

The placements aren't the same either. FATJOE's is a new post on a blog its team found at your tier; GEOboom's is on an existing page that AI answers already cite for your prompts, read against your site before anyone wrote to it. In GEOboom's published case study, a software company that pasted 825 URLs and got 30 publisher offers in ten days, the replies included free mention exchanges, link insertions from $75 and listings from $100, so half the publishers behind the line above asked less than $120. Buy for you takes over the part nobody enjoys: paying a dozen small publishers through a dozen different channels and keeping the receipts. A dozen small publishers become one contract and one invoice, with the placement protected for a year.

FATJOE's model has two strengths of its own: nothing to approve between the order and the report, and DR 10–30 links delivered from £60 ($82). For about two hours a month, a GEOboom reader gets the page AI already cites and a lower price per placement at DR 40–50.

FATJOE reviews and market feedback

FATJOE holds 4.8/5 from 474 reviews on Trustpilot (90% five-star, 4% one-star), 4.8/5 from 1,637 Shopper Approved reviews shown on its own site, and 3.8/5 from 9 reviews on G2, dated 2021 to 2026. Trustpilot is the sample to read: it is large, it runs to October 2026, and FATJOE replies to reviews there, the negative ones included.

What reviewers praise. Fast delivery; support that answers quickly, including advice calls before the first order; a dashboard that makes ordering, revisions and repeat orders simple; and rankings that improve over the months. Agency reviewers on G2 single out the dashboard access to every service and FATJOE's Digital PR.

What reviewers complain about. Price at the higher tiers is one of the complaints Trustpilot's own summary picks out, along with occasional slow support and newcomers wanting more onboarding. The low-star reviews, about 5% on Trustpilot, report posts of poor quality, sites with less real traffic than the buyer expected for the price, and a refund request after cancellation that went unanswered. On G2, the two half-star reviews (2022 and 2025) describe content on topics unrelated to the client's business and revision requests that weren't acted on.

Two caveats. Trustpilot notes that FATJOE has no recent history of inviting customers to review, and many Shopper Approved reviews are one-line notes left at checkout about how easy ordering was, so they speak to the ordering experience more than to the placements. And none of the reviews measures what this comparison is about: whether a placement lands on a page AI answers cite, and how long a brand mention stays in place. FATJOE's FAQ is the better source there, and it promises Google indexing, not AI visibility.

If you are deciding on FATJOE today, treat the ratings as evidence that ordering and delivery run smoothly at volume, and check a first small order's placements for relevance and real traffic before you buy in bulk.

FATJOE alternatives

We keep a full list in FATJOE alternatives. The short version, grouped by what you are replacing:

  • GEOboom: outreach software for teams that want the placements without running an outreach operation, and want to choose the pages they appear on. It pulls the pages your AI-visibility tracker says are cited, filters them page by page, finds the editor, sends from three warmed mailboxes it provides, writes every email and reply, and hands you each publisher's answer as an offer to approve or skip; afterwards it monitors the mention. $150 a month for outreach to 100 publishers, no contract, unlimited projects and users; launching takes about ten minutes and running it about two hours a month. With Buy for you, a dozen small publishers become one contract and one invoice, with 12-month placement protection. The pick for an in-house SEO or marketer, or an agency running citation outreach for its clients. Full comparison in FATJOE vs GEOboom.
  • Respona: the closest like-for-like service. No longer software: a done-for-you placement service billed $100–500 when the link is live, with content written for AI answers and a 28-day turnaround. See the Respona review and Respona vs GEOboom.
  • Pitchbox: for teams that would rather run link building in-house than buy it. The deepest campaign platform in the category, with digital PR, an AI Reply Agent and white-label reports; from $300 a month ($210 billed annually) on a one-year contract, with your own mailboxes. See the Pitchbox review and Pitchbox vs GEOboom.
  • BuzzStream: an outreach CRM from $49 a month with no contract, for teams with their own lists, templates and mailboxes. See the BuzzStream review and BuzzStream vs GEOboom.
  • MentionAgent: an agent for mutual mention swaps on a single site, $99 a month, inbox included; the budget option when one site and free exchanges are the whole brief.

FATJOE vs GEOboom

Both sell the same outcome, a mention or a link on someone else's site, by opposite routes: FATJOE delivers a placement you ordered, GEOboom runs the outreach and hands you the offers. Three facts that decide between them:

  • Who picks the page. FATJOE picks a site at your DR tier; specific publications aren't guaranteed and placements can't be approved in advance. GEOboom starts from the pages your AI-visibility tracker says are cited, sets aside off-topic pages, competitors, existing mentions and link farms, and orders the rest by how often they are cited.
  • What a placement is, and what it costs. On FATJOE, a new post with one dofollow link at £180–280 ($245–381) for DR 40+ to DR 50+, or a Brand Mention at £280 ($381) with the link not guaranteed. On GEOboom, $150 a month plus the publisher's own fee, for a mention on a page that already exists; each offer arrives with the publisher's other sites graded, the page, the price and the answer written, and you approve or skip.
  • What is watched afterwards. FATJOE replaces a lost placement when you report it, for life. GEOboom checks the agreed text, your position in the list, the link and the anchor, and drafts the note to the publisher when something moves; Buy for you adds 12-month protection.

At five placements a month on DR 40–50 sites, the cost per placement is $150 on GEOboom paying publishers directly and $245–381 on FATJOE's DR 40+ and DR 50+ tiers, and your share of the work on GEOboom is about two hours a month approving offers. In GEOboom's published case study, one email and a free position exchange put GrowPad, the author's agency, on the listicle Google's AI Overview cites for "best seo agency for startups", 18 days after the first email. FATJOE is for the agency that wants links delivered and resold under its own brand; GEOboom is for the company or agency that wants its brand on the pages AI answers cite and has nobody to run outreach. Full breakdown, worked example and scoring in FATJOE vs GEOboom.

Who should use FATJOE, and who should look elsewhere

FATJOE is a good fit if:

  • you resell link building and need predictable volume, white-label reports and a lifetime guarantee;
  • you want DR 10–30 links delivered from £60 ($82) with no outreach on your side;
  • you also need digital PR, press releases, local citations, content or multilingual outreach from the same vendor;
  • a new post on a relevant site at a guaranteed DR serves your goal as well as a mention on an existing page;
  • you want to pick a specific media publication and the budget allows it (Media Placements);
  • you would rather have a delivery date than an inbox.

You may need an alternative if:

  • you need your brand on the specific pages ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and other answer engines already cite for your prompts;
  • you want to see and choose the site before anything is published;
  • you need a link in every brand mention, with the anchor and your position in the list agreed up front;
  • you want the publisher relationship, so the next mention on that site is an email rather than another order;
  • you want to know when a placement's text or position changes, not only when it disappears;
  • $245–381 a placement at DR 40–50 is more than you want to pay for each link.

Is FATJOE worth it? For an agency that resells links, or a team that wants volume at low DR tiers with no outreach of its own, yes: ordering is simple, the guarantees are real and the reviews back up the delivery. For a brand whose goal is AI visibility on the pages answers already cite, the Brand Mentions FAQ is the deciding read: new pages, no promised link, no promised effect on AI answers.

FAQ

What is FATJOE?

FATJOE is a UK-based outsourced link-building and SEO service for agencies, founded in 2012. You order placements by service and DR tier, its team does the outreach and the writing, and you receive the live placement with a white-label report, from 14 days. Its main services are Blogger Outreach, Niche Edits, Brand Mentions, Media Placements and Digital PR.

How much does FATJOE cost?

Blogger Outreach and Niche Edits cost £60 ($82) per placement at DR 10+, £80 ($109) at DR 20+, £100 ($136) at DR 30+, £180 ($245) at DR 40+, £280 ($381) at DR 50+ and £380 ($517) at DR 60+. Brand Mentions are £280 ($381) per listicle or review; Media Placements start at £200 ($272). A Repeat Monthly order takes 10% off. Prices are set in pounds; dollar figures are FATJOE's own conversion, as of October 2026.

Can I choose the site with FATJOE?

Only on Media Placements, where you pick from a catalogue of about 225 media sites. On Blogger Outreach and Brand Mentions you choose the tier, the anchor and the URL; FATJOE chooses the site, says it cannot guarantee specific publications, and doesn't offer pre-approval.

Does a FATJOE Brand Mention include a link?

Not necessarily. FATJOE aims for a follow link but says a link is not the primary goal of the service; some mentions have no link or a nofollow one, and some sites label the piece as sponsored. Blogger Outreach placements do include one dofollow anchor and URL.

Is FATJOE safe to use?

FATJOE says it works only through genuine outreach to real blogs and never with PBNs; links sit in the body of the content, not in author boxes, and no domain is used twice across your orders. DR and Ahrefs traffic are guaranteed at the time of placement, but changes after the first day aren't covered. Your own mailboxes and domain are never involved. As with any paid placement, check a first small order's sites for relevance and real traffic before you scale up.

Does FATJOE require a contract?

No. You pay per order; a Repeat Monthly order can be amended or cancelled any time.

What is the difference between FATJOE and GEOboom?

FATJOE is an outsourced service: you order at a tier, its team does the outreach and writes a new post, and the placement arrives with a white-label report from 14 days, on a site you didn't choose. GEOboom is an agent for one job, getting your brand onto the pages AI answers cite: prospects pulled from your tracker and filtered, the editor found, three warmed mailboxes included, every email and reply written, each publisher's answer handed to you as an offer to approve or skip, and the mention monitored afterwards, at $150 a month with no contract and about two hours of your time a month.

Is FATJOE worth it?

If you resell links or want volume at low DR tiers without any outreach of your own, yes. If you need specific pages, a link in every mention, or placements on the pages AI answers already cite, look at the alternatives first.

How this review was prepared

Who wrote it. Oleksii Andrusenko runs GrowPad, an SEO and GEO agency, and co-founded GEOboom after GrowPad's clients kept asking to get into ChatGPT. Reviewed by Artur, GEOboom's CTO. GEOboom competes with FATJOE for the same budget; this review says so wherever it affects a judgement and lists the cases where FATJOE is the better choice.

What we checked. FATJOE's home page, services page, and the Blogger Outreach, Niche Edits, Brand Mentions and Media Placements pages with their FAQs read in full, plus the public order forms for Blogger Outreach and Media Placements, all on October 28, 2026. Prices were read in pounds and in dollars as FATJOE's site converts them on that date. The 474 reviews on Trustpilot, the 9 on G2 and the Shopper Approved reviews shown on FATJOE's site, as of the same date, read for recurring themes. GEOboom pricing and features are from geoboom.io and its published case studies on the same date.

What we didn't do. We did not place a paid order with FATJOE for this review; service details come from its site and order forms, and the screenshots are FATJOE's own pages. The $120 publisher fee in the cost example is the fee we assume for a paid placement on a DR 40–50 site, not a FATJOE or GEOboom price: it is the median paid quote from the DR 40–50 publishers who have replied to our own outreach with a price, 10 of them as of October 2026. Half asked less, half more, and the spread runs from $50 to $3,000. The time a FATJOE order takes is our estimate; GEOboom's ten minutes to launch and two hours a month come from its published case study.

How we judge tools. On the seven steps that decide whether outreach produces a link: where the pages come from, whether the list is filtered and visible, which contact is found, whose mailboxes send, how follow-ups run, what arrives with a reply, and what is monitored afterwards. On a done-for-you service the middle four steps are invisible by design; we describe them rather than score them. Price, white label and the range of services are described but not scored, because they matter to a different buyer.

If something has changed, email artur@geoboom.io and we'll fix it.
